The longer version. Because we want you to know you’re in safe hands. Nearly 30 years ago our sister company, Fizz, formed a formidable partnership with the UK's largest retailer, Costco, providing over 1000 employees to provide the unique Costco experience – product demonstrations in-store every day. That partnership has now expanded 30 stores across two countries and counting… and paved the way for hundreds of brands and countless retailers relying on us for employees.
With our vast understanding of the retail sector and innate knowledge of how warehouses operate, we were asked to help out behind the scenes in warehouse recruitment.
Our CEO even rolled up his sleeves and did an honest day’s work (some might say for the first time!!)...
New to the game, but realising pretty quickly the game is broken, we questioned why things like: throwing CVs at employers and hoping one sticks; treating clients like endless money pits; and never returning candidate calls or giving feedback on their application was acceptable for the industry we’re passionate about.
We set out to change this, and threw everything into becoming the definitive recruitment partner for all warehouse, retail and construction sites across the UK.
We are now providing people with opportunities to grow their skills in environments that are quite literally saving our country at the moment, getting people back to work and country back on its feet.
